Andalusia, on the north side of 4S Ranch, was built by California West Communities on lots a minimum of 6,000sf (60×100).  Construction began in 2009 and the first residents moved in early in 2010.

Plan 1 is a 2,222sf 3 bed, 3 bath home with a 2 car (plus storage) garage.  There is an office which may be converted to a 4^th bedroom.  This is the smallest detached single story home in 4S Ranch.

Plan 2 is a 4 bedroom (plus bonus room), 3 bath home with a 3 car tandem garage that measures 2,842sf.  There is a bedroom downstairs that may be configured as an office (the full bath stays, so even if it is set up as an office, it can work as a guest bedroom.  The tandem garage can be taken as an additional bed and bath (increases the size to 3,037sf).  The bonus room may also be converted to a bedroom suite, giving this home the flexibility of being anywhere from a 3 to a 6 bedroom home.

Plan 3 is a 4 bed (plus bonus room), 3 bath, 3,114sf home with a 3 car tandem garage.  The master suite is downstairs and the 3^rd car tandem may be converted into a master retreat (takes the size up to 3,226sf).  Bedroom 4 is also downstairs and may be taken as an office.  The large bonus room upstairs may be taken with a tech space or taken as a second master bedroom.

Plan 4 is a 3,303sf 4 bedroom (plus office and bonus room), 3 bath home with a 3 car tandem garage.  The office may be converted to bedroom 5 and the tandem garage spot may be taken as a craft room (raising size up to 3,486sf).  Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, plus 3 secondary bedrooms and a bonus room.  There is no option to convert the bonus room to a bedroom.
