Coperwood offers the smallest single family homes in the Bernardo Springs development which is part of the 4S Ranch Master Plan, but was not developed by the 4S Ranch developer.  It was built a few years prior to 4S Ranch and one advantage is that the homes have lower CFDs (think Mello-Roos) that expire sooner.  Odd numbered homes on Alipaz Ct and Santa Cristobal St and even numbered homes on Los Rosales will have views to the south or west over 4S Ranch.

The Plan 1 has 3 bedrooms (all upstairs) and is 2,476 sf.  with a 3 car garage.  The third car garage has been converted to a den or bedroom in some models.  This takes the square footage up to 2,670.

The Plan 2 is 2,692 with 5 bedrooms (1 downstairs) and a 3 car garage.  The third car garage had an option as a casita that took the square footage up to 2,868sf.

Plan 3 is 3,029sf and features 5 beds (1 downstairs) and 3 baths.  One of the upstairs beds may be configured as a loft.  There is also an office downstairs. The home has a 2 car garage.
