Rosemary Lane is a development of 133 homes on the north side of 4S Ranch immediately north of Rancho Bernardo Rd and West of Ralphs Ranch Rd.  It was built by William Lyon Homes.  The lot sizes are a minimum of 4,050sf (45×90).

Plan 1 is a 2,455sf home that has either 3 bedrooms and an office or 4 bedrooms with no office (the office/bedroom option is downstairs).  It does have a formal sitting room opposite the office, but has a dining area as opposed to a formal dining room. 

Plan 2 is 2,733sf with a 3 car garage and starts as a 3 bedroom, 4 bath home with an office downstairs and a loft upstairs.  Converting either or both takes the bedroom count to 4 or 5.  There is also an option to enlarge the laundry room which makes the garage 2 cars plus storage instead of 3; it also increases the size of the home by about 30sf.

Plan 3 is a 3,272sf home with 5 beds and 4 baths.  There is a bedroom and den downstairs and a loft upstairs.  There is an option to convert the 3^rd car garage and den into a bedroom suite with separate entry.  This was done on two of the homes.
