Capri Blu in 4S Commons at 4S Ranch is an Italian Bistro and Wine Bar in the Villa Capri Restaurant Group.   If you are looking to go out to a romantic dinner in the  neighborhood, this is it.  Capri Blu serves an Italian  menu and is open for lunch Monday – Friday from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and for dinner from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm Sunday – Wednesday and 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm Thursday and Friday.  Saturday the restaurant is open from 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm.    Capri Blu’s happy hour in 4S Ranch is 4:00 to 7:00 daily and all day Sunday.

Capri Blu is one of two restaurants in 4S Ranch with both an outdoor patio and a private room that can be used for group functions
