Welcome to 4S Ranch!!!  4S Ranch is a master planned community nestled between Black Mountain to the south, Rancho Santa Fe to the west, Lake Hodges to the north and Rancho Bernardo to the east.  Designed to meet the needs of people at all stages of life, but focused on the family, 4S Ranch includes a variety of detached and attached homes situated along quiet, tree-lined streets reflecting the warmth of yesterday’s family-friendly neighborhoods. Homes range from condos under just over 1,000 sf to estate homes well over 5,000 sf, and no agent has sold more of them to more happy clients than Voak Homes.
